By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.

## Reposting Policy

If you plan to repost my artwork, you may only repost it to ArtFight, Toyhouse, or Instagram, and you must credit me as “SimicChameleon.”

## Payment

### Accepted Payments

* PayPal

* Amazon gift cards (only if I know you well)

* Not accepted: cryptocurrency, eChecks, or other digital currencies.

### Payment Terms

* Payment is upfront. I begin work only after payment is received—this prevents scams.

* Online invoices only.

* Small commissions (e.g., icons) must be paid within 24 hours or they will be canceled.

* Larger projects may qualify for partial payments depending on complexity.

### Late Payments

* You will receive one reminder.

* If you do not pay promptly, the commission is canceled.

* I do not chase clients for payment.

## Turnaround Time & Work Schedule

* Estimated completion time: 1 day to 1 month, depending on complexity.

* I work Monday–Friday only.

* I provide updates regularly.

* Commissions are prioritized by type, complexity, number of characters, and detail level.

## Revisions & WIPs

* Up to 3 revisions total.

* A sketch WIP is always provided before finalization.

* Sketches do not represent the final rendering.

* Work will not continue until the sketch is approved. I revise until you are satisfied with the sketch stage.

* After finalization, I will send a watermarked and unwatermarked version.

* Only repost the watermarked version.

* Do not use my art for AI training, datasets, or generators.

## Communication

* Prompt communication is appreciated and helps me finish your artwork faster.

* Clients are responsible for replying to WIPs and feedback requests on time.

* I do not respond outside work hours or during personal downtime.

* Abusive, rude, or creepy behavior will result in immediate cancellation and blacklisting.

## Usage & Rights

### You May:

✔️ Repost with proper credit (“SimicChameleon”).

### You May NOT:

❌ Mint my artwork as NFTs

❌ Use my artwork for AI datasets, training, or generation

❌ Sell or redistribute my work without permission

Violations result in permanent blacklisting.

I retain the right to share selected commissions for my portfolio or promotional use.

You retain personal-use rights to your commissioned artwork.

## Commission Requirements

* You must be 18 or older to commission me.

* I require:

* Full and accurate description of your idea

* At least one visual reference and a color palette

* I can work with:

* Creative freedom

* Limited direction

* Not recommended: full text-only descriptions.

## Cancellations & Refunds

* I may cancel a commission before starting and provide a full refund.

* If you cancel after work has begun, you will receive a partial refund based on progress.

* All completed files made up to cancellation will still be delivered.

* No refunds after the final artwork is completed.

* Illegitimate refund requests (e.g., “I changed my mind,” “I found another artist”) result in a ban.

* Chargebacks result in:

* Permanent blacklist

* Possible public warning

* Me disputing the claim through all available channels

You will be permanently blacklisted for:

* Chargebacks

* NFT/AI misuse

* Rude, abusive, or creepy behavior

* Fraudulent refund attempts

Demanding free art, guilt-tripping, or acting entitled to my time, creativity, or emotional labor.

### 9. Public Meltdowns / Pity-Seeking

Chronic oversharing, drama cycles, or behavior meant to attract pity or attention at others’ expense.

### 10. Immaturity & Disrespect

Adults acting in inappropriate, childish, creepy, or boundary-disrespecting ways.

I have zero tolerance for unhinged or unsafe behavior—this results in a permanent block.
